**Fraudulent Voter Registrations Exposed in Ohio, Raising Alarms Before November Elections**

In a startling finding that echoes concerns about election integrity, Ohio Secretary of State Frank LaRose has unveiled a scheme involving fraudulent voter registration forms targeting Clark County.

The alarming investigation was spurred by the discovery of unauthorized Haitian voter registration forms, which were reportedly translated into Haitian Creole and circulated through a progressive group known as Black Fork Strategies.

LaRose's Election Integrity Unit acted swiftly after the Clark County Board of Elections rejected the fraudulent submissions and alerted state officials.

According to a memo from Hun Yi, the director of investigations, while only one illegal form was identified, the incident underscores a larger issue involving potential widespread election fraud.

Given the recent influx of Haitian migrants in Springfield—estimated to be around 30,000—due to the Biden administration's policies, the scrutiny of voter registrations has become even more critical.

LaRose emphasized the need for vigilance among election boards, warning against unauthorized voter registration submissions.

“Prosecutors in 20 counties have received referrals related to irregularities linked to Black Fork Strategies,” LaRose noted in his press release. “These include instances of suspicious handwriting and other inconsistencies in voter registration submissions.”

This revelation comes amid mounting frustrations from local authorities, who have expressed that the conditions created by the mass migration are straining resources and triggering rising concerns about public safety and voter integrity.

Alex Trianfaflou, chairman of the Ohio Republican Party, commented on the implications of such fraud, stating, “When you get this many registration cards with the same handwriting, it’s plain and simple: someone is trying to defraud the elections process.”

The Secretary of State's office is not only investigating these incidents but is also proactively cleaning up Ohio’s voter rolls through comprehensive cross-checks against various state and federal databases.

“Our statewide voter registration database undergoes continuous cross-checks for citizenship status,” reiterated Yi. “Ongoing investigations aim to ensure that those not eligible to vote are held accountable.”

As the clock ticks toward the November election, Ohio is taking a firm stand on election integrity, making it clear that any entity attempting to subvert the lawful registration process will face serious legal consequences.

Ohio's approach serves as a potential blueprint for other states seeking to tackle similar issues in the wake of increased scrutiny on voter registration practices nationwide.

With this proactive stance, Ohio's leadership is signaling that safeguarding democracy must remain a priority, especially as political tensions ramp up leading into the elections.
